Subject: CodeRED has expired—please enroll in our new alert system today

Aransas County neighbors,

The CodeRED alert system is set to expire on September 5, 2025 and will no longer send notifications. To keep receiving severe weather warnings, emergency notices, evacuations, road closures, and other public safety updates, please enroll in our new system now.

Enroll in Aransas County Alerts

1. Go to: https://member.everbridge.net/892807736721537/login

2. Click on Aransas County

3. Click Create an Account / Sign Up.

4. Enter your name and address(es). Including a home and work/school address lets us send you geo-targeted alerts.

5. Add your contact methods (mobile phone for text and voice, email).

6. Verify any codes sent to your phone/email.

7. Choose your alert types (select weather and emergency/public safety notifications at a minimum).

8. Review your settings and click Save.

9. Encourage your family members—including teens with phones—to enroll separately so everyone gets alerts.

Tip: Keep your contact info current and add multiple methods (text + voice + email) so you never miss a critical message.
